cucumber raita

Chilled Cucumber Raita is one of my all time favorite side dish especially in summer season. Infact I should say it’s everybody’s favorite side dish. My father would always ask for raita along with his meals, and same goes with my Father-in-law as well. Sometimes we tend to drink raita and my mother-in-law would always scold me and everybody saying “stop drinking raita and have some food also ” 🙂

Whenever I make any variety rice, stuffed paratha or spicy curries, I prefer making any kind of raita along with it. Meals can be considered as  complete only if raita or curd is included in it. Raita can also be used as a sauce or dip. There are many other version of making cucumber raita which I will share later.
