There used to be a time when coriander chutney was a mandatory recipe in my family. No matter if there was a lot of sabzi’s or no sabzi at all, coriander chutney was a compulsory requirement.
Coriander chutney is perfect for using as a dipping sauce with pakoras, cutlets and samosas. This can also be served along with biryani or along with plain chawal-dal. So lets check an easy to make coriander chutney without much effort.
Coriander Chutney (Dhania ki chutney)
- 2 bunch coriander leaves
- 8 garlic cloves
- 4 green chillies decrease this amount if you don't want it too hot
- 1 teaspoon any standard mango achar Pickle along with it masala and bit oil.
- Salt to taste
- water as required.
Grind all the ingredients in a blender. Add water if required.
Delicious with any kind of pakoras ,samosas, chawal ki khichri, rice etc.
