My Village

Its a different feeling when you go to one of the villages in India. And that increases manifold when it is your own village. Cosmopolitanism has taken over our lives. It was in search of a job that we went to the cities. But the better facilities and the better life there held us back and we slowly started to detach ourselves from the dust and the dirt in our villages and became a part of the city lights.

It actually did not make a difference to the village. They just lived on with whatever they had.

It is only once a year that we go to our home-town. We can blame that on many reasons, like kids school… no leaves from office etc. Once again the demand of a cosmopolitan life.

This is a picture from my village, greenery all round..

A self-proclaimed Champion Cook, who gets the confidence from the love and praises showered upon me by my family consisting of a Cute little Daughter and a husband who loves the Internet more than me (LoL..) and who incidentally happens to be the man behind the technical aspects of this blog.
I love working from home and the benefits that come from it and that is why I started this blog where I document all my adventures with cooking.
Follow me on my journey..
