Paneer Bhurji – A 5-in-1 Recipe Idea

So finally I am back with an easy 5 in 1 Paneer Bhurji Recipes. All of these 5 recipes were tried by me for breakfast in the last five days.
And you know what ? All the 5 recipes were really amazing and was very easy to make and believe me you and your family would definitely love this.

Paneer is something that is loved by all, especially those who are vegetarian. Normally,  I never used to prefer Paneer Items for breakfast and I am sure most of you would do the same. But I must tell you these recipes are really a great idea if you are also stuck thinking what to plan for breakfast.

And the best part I liked about these recipes is that it is liked by most of the kids. 🙂

Ohh, I just forgot something to tell to all those readers who are dieting and want some slight changes in there normal dieting recipes, then all these 5 recipes are a great idea to look for.All you have to do is to avoid using oil, ghee and butter in it.

Tava Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • Paneer Bhurji
  • Brown Bread Slices
  • Chaat Masala
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Chilli Sauce

Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

Method :

  • Keep your bhurji ready and bread slices ready.
  • Spread this mixture evenly on bread slices and toast with a little butter or oil in tawa until both sides are golden brown.
  • If you want you can add some chaat masala, tomato sauce or chilli sauce as per your wish.

Ingredients :-

  • Chapati
  • Paneer Bhurji
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Butter/Oil

Method :-

  • Prepare chapati and bhurji and keep it ready.
  • Take a chapati, keep 2 tbsp of stuffing vertically or as much stuffing as you want, fold  a little at the bottom and roll it from the side tightly.

If you want you can pack it for lunch. The roti will not get soggy as it is a dry bhurji.

Stuffed Paneer Bhurji Paratha

Stuffed Paneer Bhurji Paratha

Ingredients :-

  • Paneer Bhurji
  • Kneeded dough (Just the normal wheat flour dough)
  • Oil/Butter/ghee (you can use any of these three to roast parathas as per your choice.

Stuffed Paneer Bhurji Paratha

Method :-

  • Take a medium sized ball from the dough.
  • Using the palm and your fingers press and spread the dough into a small round shaped puri.
  • Add a few tablespoons of paneer bhurji in the center and then close and seal it by gently pressing the edges together. (Ensure that not to overstuff the paratha and it doesn,t tear in between)
  • Now gently roll the stuffed parathas to a size of a chapati or roti. (take care that the filling does not ooze out or tears the dough)
  • Now heat tawa and roast paratha with ghee, oil or butter till golden brown on both sides.

Serve Stuffed Paneer Bhurji paratha hot with yogurt(curd), pickle, raita or white butter.

Palak Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Palak Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • Spinach/Palak
  • Paneer Bhurji
  • Lemon Juice
  • Coriander leaves

Method :-

  • Once the Paneer Bhurji is ready.
  • Heat a pan without oil.
  • Add the chopped spinach and stir fry until the leaves wilt. (cook the spinach uncovered)
  • Once done add the Paneer Bhurji to the spinach and mix, fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off the flame and serve with roti or paratha.

Notes :-

If you want you can skip tomato sauce, chilli sauce, chaat masala as per your wish.

If you are dieting you can skip butter, ghee and oil also.

You can cut paratha in a small-small pieces as shown above, if you are packing paratha for kids lunch box.

You can avoid chilli sauce and chillies if you are packing lunch for kids.
