20-25nosFlat crisp papdiscrisp fried dough wafers
1 1/2cupCurd/yoghurtchilled
1 1/2 tbspSugar
1Potatoesboiled and chopped
2cupsChickpeasboiled
1Onionfinely chopped
1Tomatofinely chopped
1/2cupCoriander leaveschopped
1cupMint and coriander chutney
1cupTamarind dates chutney
Red chili powderto taste
1tbspCumin powder powder
2tspChaat masala
1-2tspBlack salt
1cupSev
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas in enough water overnight ,pressure cook the chickpeas with water and salt till it is fully cooked.
Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
Boil the potatoes, chop or mash it slightly.Set aside.
Keep the chutney ready.
Whisk curd and sugar smoothly and set aside.
Arrange the papdis in a shallow bowl or plate.
Top it up with chopped or slightly mashed boiled potatoes and cooked chickpeas.
Top these with cold sweetrned curd as much as you like to.
Top it up with the green chutney and red chutney (as much as you want to).
Now top it again with the sweet chutney as much as you want.
Add chopped onion to it.
Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and black salt.
