Ingredients
Onion - 1
finaly chopped
Ginger-garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 tsp
chopped
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mango Powder/ aamchur - 1/3 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Boiled and Mashed Potato - 1 Cup
Soya chunks - 1 Cup
grinded
Salt to taste
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - to shallow fry
Instructions
Boil soya in a hot water for about 2 to 4 minutes. Drain them.
Squeeze the excess water and rince well few times.Squeeze and drain up the water and blend them to a coarse mixture. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai, add onion to it and saute.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
Add the chopped green chilli.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder and mix well.
Fry for few minutes and then add the mashed potatoes and ground soya chunks to it.Mix well.
Add coriander leaves, aamchur powder , salt and give it a nice mix.
Once done, take out the mixture in a seprate plate or a bowl and let it cool down.
Once it gets cold, give this mixture a nice mix and make patties out of it and set aside.
Now in a bowl make a slurry by mixing the rice flour and water.
Dip each patties in the slurry and then coat with the crumbs.Set aside.
Heat a kadhai/pan with oil.
When it is hot enough place the patties in oil and shallow fry on a medium heat until golden on both the sides.
So the soya chunks cutlets are ready to serve now.
Serve hot along with sauce, chutney or in a burger or bread as a patty.
