- 3 nos Ripe plantain
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Atta
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
- Turmeric Powder a pinch
- 3/4 cup Water or as needed
- Salt to taste
- Coconut Oil/ Vegetable Oil to deep fry
Peel the banana and slit it lengthwise.
In a bowl, add atta, rice flour, jaggery, salt, and turmeric powder.
Mix everything by adding water in it.
Dip the plantain slices in the batter and evenly coat them.
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, deep fry the batter coated plantain slices by turning both sides till golden brown.
Once done remove it on the paper towel.
Serve hot along with a cup of tea, coffee or milk.
