2 Ingredient Instant Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Instant Mango Ice Cream is a creamy and healthy ice cream recipe. This recipe is made with just two ingredient and does not require any Ice-Cream maker.

  • 1 Mango large ripe
  • 3 tbsp Milk Powder


  • Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.
  • In a mixer jar, add the mango cubes and blend until you get the smooth consistency.
  • Now add milk powder to it.
  • Blend it again on a high speed, until you get the consistency of soft serve ice-cream.
  • Pour into lao pola cup and freeze. (you can use moulds or disposable cup here)
  • I add ice-cream sticks after about 1/2 hour after freezing so the sticks stay upright.
  • To easily remove ice-cream when ready to eat, run the Popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds, then gently twist off.


I have used LaOpala Cup here, no don't worry it won't break in the freezer.
Don't fill the cup with mixture till top else it might break.
