Roti Nachos Recipe is an Indianized fusion version of Nachos and is made using Leftover Rotis. This is an ideal Lunch Box recipe for kids and a great tea time snack.

  • 4 Leftover Roti
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • While the oil gets hot.
  • Take leftover rotis and cut into triangles.
  • Now deep fry in hot oil till crispy and crunchy.
  • Take it out in a mixing bowl sprinkle some salt, pepper and chaat masala and give it a good toss so that they are coated uniformly with spices and salt.
  • So the crispy and crunchy Nachos are ready to be served.
  • You can serve these Nachos along with cheese dip, tomato sauce, mayonnaise or salsa of you choice.
  • You can also have it as it is.
