4Leftover Roti
1/4tspPepper Powder
1/4tspChaat Masala

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
While the oil gets hot.
Take leftover rotis and cut into triangles.
Now deep fry in hot oil till crispy and crunchy.
Take it out in a mixing bowl sprinkle some salt, pepper and chaat masala and give it a good toss so that they are coated uniformly with spices and salt.
So the crispy and crunchy Nachos are ready to be served.
You can serve these Nachos along with cheese dip, tomato sauce, mayonnaise or salsa of you choice.
