Ingredients
Garlic Mango Chutney
1nosMango
7-8Garlicpods
1/3cupMint Leaves
1/3cupCoriander Leaves
2-3nosGreen Chilli
1/2tspSugar
Saltto taste
1tbspMustard Oil

1/3tspRoasted Methi Seeds
1/3tspRoasted Coriander Seeds
2-3Whole Dry Red Chillior to taste
1/3cupMint Leaves
1/3cupCoriander Leaves
1/2tspSugar
Saltto taste
1tbspMustard Oil
Instructions
Method 1
Rinse the mangoes well. Then dry them with a kitchen towel.
Peel and chop them into small pieces.
In a blender or grinder, add chopped mango, coriander leaves, mint leaves,garlic, green /chilli, sugar and salt.
Now coarsely grind everything togeather with just little water.
Once done take it out in a bowl, add mustard oil and give it a nice mix.Serve.

Add roasted coriander and roasted methi seeds as well.

Notes
For this mango chutney, you can even add bhuna jeera also.When making chutney, don't use too much water because it will dilute the flavors and turn the chutney into a watery paste.If you wish to make a garlic-free chutney, then you can try my spice mango chutney.You can increase or decrease the amount of chilli as per your tastes.You can use either red chilli or green chilli depending upon your choice, I have used each of them in the two types of chutney that I have made today.
