100gmSemi sweet dark chocolate
1/4cupWhite chocolatemelted

In a pan dry roast the grated coconut on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes (The roasting is done to just get rid of some moisture. Don’t brown them).
Once done take it out in bowl. Let it cool down completely.
Now grind the roasted coconut and make powder. Take it out in a plate.
Now add condensed milk to the ground coconut powder and mix well.
Pinch small to medium balls from the mixture and form ladoos, using ghee in your palms and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
While feeezing, melt dark chocolate for coating.
Remove coconut balls from freezer and dip each truffle in the coating, with the help of 2 forks or spoons, one at a time.
Tap off excess chocolate and place the chocolate-coated balls onto the butter paper.
Follow the same process for the leftover laddu.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate, then chill until hardened, about 15 minutes.
Enjoy your homemade chocolate truffles at room temperature!
