Wash the spinach well and tear coarsely. Remove the thick stems if any, the tender stems can remain.
Heat up a skillet with some salted butter, add in the spinach and salt to taste. Saute. (Do not cover and cook)
As soon as the leaves start to wilt, remove the skillet from heat and transfer the spinach to a serving platter.
Add some butter cubes on top of it and enjoy!
