Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add panch phoran and let them splutter.
Now add garlic and green chili. Fry them for few minutes.
Add onion, turmeric, and salt to it and fry until golden brown.
Now add potatoes to it and fry until it gets cooked but not mushy.
Now it's time to add chopped palak and saute on a medium flame until the leaves wilt.
When the moisture evaporates turn off the stove.
Serve aloo palak along wit roti, chapati, paratha or rice.
