1cupTomato Puree
2tbspGram Flour
3-4Green Chillies
1tspGingercrushed
1tspCumin Seeds
1tspMustard Seeds
1/4tspAsafoetida
1/2tspTurmeric Powder
2tspCoriander Powder
2tspRed Chilli Powder
1tspGaram Masala Powder
1tspAamchur Powder
2tbspJaggery
Coriander Leaveshandful, finely chopped

Instructions
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add mustard seeds to it and let it splutter.
Now add gram flour to it and stir well for a minute or 2 on a low flame.
Add crushed ginger, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and hing. Fry for a few minutes.
Now add tomato puree to it and mix well.
Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, green chili and amchur powder. Mix well.
Fry this mixture for few minutes, stirring in between until the raw smell of masala goes off.
Now add diced potato to it. Mix.
Add 2 cups of water and 2 tbsp of jaggery and give it a nice mix.
Now cover the pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
Let all the pressure release on its own, and then only open the lid.
After you open the lid, mix the curry well and also mash some of the potatoes, so that you get the right consistency.
Now add garam masala and fresh coriander leaves to it. Mix well.
So the mouthwatering Tari wale aloo ki sabzi is ready to be served.
Serve hot along with poori. This can also be served along with chapati or paratha as well.
