Instructions
Wash the amla well and pat it completely dry.
Make a slit in each amla.
Add the amla, green chilli, and salt to a clean glass jar.
Pour in boiled and cooled water. The water can be slightly warm.
Cover loosely and keep at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
Once it turns lightly sour, move the jar to the refrigerator.
