Instructions
Method:
Smash the paeboiled potatoes lightly with palm.Set aside.
Now make a slurry by adding maida, corn flour and water by adding little water.
Now dip the potatoes in slurry.
Deep fry the coated potatoes,from both sides.
Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Method for Cajun Sauce.
In a bowl add hung curd, black salt, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and peri peri seasoning and mix well.
So the healthy cajun sauce is ready.
Assembling:
Place the fried potatoes in plate.
Top it up with cajun sauce. (make sure that the potatoes are well coated with sauce)
Garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves and serve.
