Ingredients
1CupCoriander Leaves
1cupMint Leaves
1/2cupPlain Curd
8Green Chilli
6Garlic Cloves
1Small Onionthinly sliced
1Inch pcsGinger
1tbspLemon Juice
1tspRoasted Cumin Powder
1tspDry Mango Powder
1tspChaat Masala
1tspRock Salt
Instructions
Combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green Chillies and water as per requirement and grind them to a smooth paste.
Beat some curd in a bowl, add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, rock salt, dry mango powder and chaat masala. Mix well.
Now add the ground paste of mint and coriander leaves and mix everything.
So the coriander and mint chutney is ready to serve.
This chutney goes really well along with tikkas, cutlets, samosa etc.

You can store it in the refrigerator in a clean airtight container for up to a week.
