Dry roast the 2 cups Makhana in a pan until they turn crispy. Set them aside to cool.
In the same pan, lightly roast the 20 almonds, 1 tablespoon pista, 1 tablespoon cashews, and 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon watermelon seeds for a few minutes. Remove them onto a plate.
Next, roast the 1 tablespoon sesame seeds in the same pan. Once roasted, take them out on a plate and let everything cool down.
Now, in a mixer grinder, blend the roasted nuts and seeds along with the 1/2 cup dates and 1/2 cup black raisins.
Blend everything together until a sticky mixture forms.
Transfer the mixture to a plate, add 1 teaspoon ghee, and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
