Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake is a soft, moist, and bakery-style cake you can easily make at home.Packed with colorful tutti frutti in every bite, this cake is perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a festive celebration, a tea-time snack, or just a sweet treat to brighten your day.
Grease the cake tin with some oil then sprinkle some flour and dust the cake tin.
Tap to remove extra flour from the tin. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl add condensed milk, oil, milk and sugar. Mix everything.
Using a sifter, sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda directly into the bowl of wet ingredients.
Mix dry and wet ingredients.
The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Add tutti frutti to the batter and combine.
Pour the prepared batter into a greased loaf tin. Sprinkle some tutti frutti on the top as well.
Bake this cake in a preheated oven. (preheat the oven at 180 C for 20 miutes, you can keep for preheating while you are preparing the cake batter)
Now bake for 50 minutes. (baking time may vary from oven to oven, so I would advise to bake for 30 minutes and check the doneness, if it is still wet from inside then bake again)
After 50 minutes, take the cake out from the oven.
Unmould the cake on a wired rack and let it rest for 10-15 minutes or until it cools down.
