To Garnish:
50gmMelted Butter

Instructions
In a mixer grinder jar add crumbled paneer, cream cheese, schezwan chutney, and fresh cream. Blend to a smooth paste. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and set it aside.
Now in another bowl add melted butter, crushed garlic, fresh cream, oregano, chilli flakes, and coriander leaves. Mix well. Set aside.
Take a bun, and cut it into 6-8 halves using a sharp knife, keeping the base of the bun intact.
Pipe out the paneer, and cream cheese mixture between each half. Follow the same process for all the 3 buns.
Now arrange them on a baking tray.
Pour the butter mixture all over the buns generously.
