Maggi Pakoda Recipe is a tasty and easy fusion snack that combines delicious Maggi noodles with crispy pakoras. It's perfect for the monsoon season or whenever you're craving something crunchy and delicious.
Once the water is boiling add the maggi noodles and cook until done. Be careful do not overcook.
Once the maggi is cooked drain the water.
Now transfer the maggi noodle in a big mixing bowl, add mashed potato, onion, carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, rice powder, one pouch of maggi masala , salt and mozarella cheese and mix well.
Make sure to mix with a light hands and combine everything. No need to add water.
Take a small amount of mixture in your hands and make a small ball, just like lemon size. Repeat the same for the rest of the dough, and set aside.
Now in a bowl add the all purpose flour, corn starch, maggi masala and some water and mix till you get a thick dosa like consistency.
Now put the maggi balls in the slurry, and move so it coats the balls from all sides and then roll the ball in the crushed maggi and press slightly so that the noodles get's stick to it properly.
Once you have all the maggi balls coated with the slurry and the crushed maggi, add them to hot oil in batches and fry till they are golden in colour from all sides.
Serve them while they are hot with any of your favorite chutney or sauce.
You can also serve some raw onion and green chill. It tastes just awesome.
