Ingredients
1Mango large ripeany sweet and pulpy mango
3tbspMilk Powder
Instructions
Peel and dice the mango into small cubes. (I am using Mallika mango)
In a mixer jar, add the mango cubes and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Now add milk powder to it.
Blend it again at a high speed, until you get the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
Pour the ice cream into a freezer-friendly container.
Freeze for 7-8 hours or until set.
Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and serve!
