Now add peri peri masala and give it a quick stir. The easy peasy paneer filling is ready.
Cut the pita bread into half or lesser depending upon your choice. For this particular recipe I preferred cutting small portion from the sides and putting it back into the bigger side and then filling it.
After that open the mouth of the cut pita bread and spread some hung curd, put some mozzarella cheese, keep some paneer pieces and tomato slices.
Now heat a grill pan or normal tawa or pan.
Add some olive oil, vegetable oil or butter.
Grill or toast the paneer stuffed pita bread from both the sides and enjoy.
