Ingredients for stuffing:

Ingredients for Sandwich:

Softened, as needed
Instructions
Method:
Heat oil and add mustard seeds to it.
When mustard seeds splutters, add onions, turmeric powder, green chilli and ginger. Saute well.
Now add chopped tomato and saute for a few more minutes. cover and cook for 3-4 min.
Then add chilli powder, salt, mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. mix well.
So the Aloo Masala is ready.
How to make Sandwich:
Apply butter on 1 side of both the bread.
Place a spoonful of stuffing on one bread and cover it with another bread with buttered side facing down.
Grease tawa with butter and toast the sandwich from both the sides.
If you want you can make it crispy as much as you require.
Repeat the process for the rest of the breads.
