2cupsAll Purpose Flour
1/2cupMilk

1tbspMilk Powder

Maize Flouras required
For making Garlic Spread:
20nosGarlicas per your requirement

Oregano seasoningas required
Chilli Flakes as required
Plain Mayonnaise as required
Mozzarella Cheese as required
Instructions
In a bowl take hot milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Let is cool until it is warm enough to dip your finger.
Add yeast and mix well.
Let it proof for about 4-5 minutes
(If you are using, instant yeast, you can skip the above 2 steps)
Now add all-purpose flour, milk powder, salt and water and mix it to a sticky dough.
The dough has to be sticky consistency. But do not add extra flour.
Transfer the dough to a platform and Knead well for about 10-15 minutes by stretching and scrapping the dough.
You can beat the dough in between. This helps make the dough soft and fluffy.
Knead until the stickiness is gone and it forms a nice soft dough
Add 1 tbsp butter and knead once more for another 2-3 minutes
Grease a bowl with butter and place the dough in it.
Grease the dough with butter and cover and let it rest for about an hour.
In 1 hour the dough will become double the size.
After 1 hour, take off the cover and punch the dough to remove air bubbles.
Transfer the dough to a platform, sprinkle some maize flour and knead once again for about 2 minutes.
Roll the dough out to the size of your pizza tray. We are using a 12 inch pizza tray to bake, so we rolled it out to that size.
Place it on the pizza tray.
To make the garlic spread, place a small bowl on low heat and add the 3tbsp butter to it.
Now add crushed garlic to it and let it heat for about 5 minutes and set it aside.
Make horizontal and vertical cuts on the dough.
Brush the top of the dough with the melted butter-garlic mix.
Now spread the mayonnaise nicely on top of the entire bread dough.
Then spread the mozzarella cheese on top of it in such a way that it is spread evenly on top of the entire dough
Cover the dough and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes while we preheat the oven
Preheat your over at 240 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Now place the tray in the preheated oven and bake it at 240 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Once the bread is done, take it out and slice it.
Your cheesy garlic bread is ready to be served.
Notes
If you see the mozzarella cheese on top burning, you can switch off the top rod in the oven if you have that option. Otherwise, bake the bread without adding the mozzarella cheese on top for the first 5 minutes. Then take it out from the oven and spread the mozzarella cheese and place it once again in the oven and bake it for another 10-12 minutes
