Ingredients
2CupLotus Seedsmakhana, fox nuts
1/4cupPeanuts
1/4cupCashew Nuts
1/4cupAlmonds
1/4cupRaisins
1/4TspBlack Pepper
1/2TspDry Mango Powder
1/2TspRock Salt
1Green ChilliChopped
a few Curry Leaves
2TbspGhee
Instructions
Heat a pan, add ghee to it.
Now add peanut, cashew nuts, almond, curry leaves, and green chili.
Fry all of these for 2-3 minutes or until you see the curry leaves have become crispy and the cashew nuts are slightly brown and toasted. (Keep stirring while roasting
Now take it out in a plate and set aside.
Now in the same pan add raisins to it and fry for few seconds and take it out in a plate and set aside.
Again in the same pan add makhana to it and fry stirring continuously, until it gets roasted and become crispy.
Keep the flame low and add the dry fruits mixture and fried raisins to it.
Add black pepper, rock salt, and amchur powder and give everything a nice mix. So that everything is coated well to the makhana and nuts.
So the instant Dry Fruit Makhana Namkeen is ready to be served now. You can store it in an airtight container, It stays good for a week or so.
