Apple Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • Apple - 1 cut in big pieces
  • Pomegranate Seeds - 1/2 cup + to garnish
  • Instant Oats or quick oats - 1/3 cup
  • Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Chocos - to garnish
  • Honey/Sugar - to taste optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine apple, pomegranate seeds, oats, peanut butter and milk.
  • Add honey or sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into the bowl.
  • Garnish with chocos and pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
