Apple Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Apple - 1
cut in big pieces
Pomegranate Seeds - 1/2 cup + to garnish
Instant Oats or quick oats - 1/3 cup
Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 cups
Chocos - to garnish
Honey/Sugar - to taste
In a blender, combine apple, pomegranate seeds, oats, peanut butter and milk.
Add honey or sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.
Pour into the bowl.
Garnish with chocos and pomegranate seeds.
