Bhindi Raita Recipe - How to Make Okra Raita

Ingredients
Yogurt/curd - 1/2 litre
Bhindi - 250 gms
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp or
to taste
Chilli powder - as per taste
Salt - as per taste
Oil - to deep fry
Instructions
Rinse the bhindi in water and let it dry, you can also wipe the bhindi with a clean kitchen napkin.
Chop them in 1/4 or 1/3 inch and set aside.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Fry the bhindi in batches until they are crisp.
Drain the fried bhindi on paper towels.
Now take a bowl, add yogurt to it and whisk it well.
Add chaat masala powder, chilli powder and salt to it, stir well.
Add the fried bhindi to it and mix everything well.
Serve bhindi raita along with toovar dal rice recipe or any rice, roti, puri and paratha of your choice.
