Sattu Ladoo

Sattu Flour
1/2
cup
Jaggery Powder
or to taste

Ghee

Cardamom Powder
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai or pan.
Add sattu flour to it and mix the flour with the ghee and roast sattu flour on a low flame.
Stir in between while roasting.
Roast sattu for about 2-3 minutes on a low flame. The sattu just needs to be lightly roasted.
Remove in a separate bowl.
Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder to it and mix everything well.
Add 3 tbsp ghee to it and give it a nice mix.
Now shape this mixture into ladoos while the mixture is still warm.
If you are unable to form ladoos, then add some more ghee.
Serve sattu laddu as a sweet snack.
Notes
These ladoos stay good at room temperature for a week.
If its too hot and humid, where you live, then do refrigerate these ladoos.
