Instructions
In a vessel add water bring it to boil.
Once the water is boiling add the maggi noodles and cook until done. Be careful do not overcook 80-90% will work.
Once the maggi is cooked drain the water. Set aside.
Now heat oil in a kadai.
Add Onion and green chilli, saute for a minute.
Then add sliced tomato and little salt. Cover and cook until slightly mushy.
Now add cooked Maggi noodles and chopped coriander leaves .
Mix everything well.
So, the tamatar pyaz wali maggi is ready to serve.
