Aata and Jaggery Cake
This aata jaggery cake is a very tasty and moist sweet cake. It is made with whole wheat flour (aata) and jaggery. So when you are craving something sweet, you can enjoy this guilt-free cake.

Almonds for toppings
Instructions
In a bowl first add oil, curd, jaggery and milk. Mix well.
Now add dry ingredients like maida, baking soda, baking powder and mix well until well combined. Do not overmix.
Top it up with chopped almonds.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 55 min.
After baking, keep the cake on wire mesh atleast for an hour, until it gets cool down completely.
So the tasty cake is ready to cut and enjoy.
