Bread jalebi is a unique and innovative fusion dish that combines the traditional Indian sweet jalebi with slices of bread. It is often served as a special dessert at weddings, festivals, and other celebrations.
Once it's started boiling, add cardamom powder, and mix well.
Boil for 3-4 minutes and switch off the flame.
Now cut the bread sides and discard, and then cut into a triangle shape or whichever shape you want. Set aside.
Now heat ghee or oil in a pan and deep fry bread pieces from both sides, one or two pieces at a time until golden and crispy.
Once done transfer the fried pieces onto tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
Transfer two fried pieces to the sugar syrup.
Dip them properly ensuring that the bread pieces are well coated in the sugar syrup. (do not keep the bread pieces for long else the bread will absorb too much syrup.
Take them out immediately on the serving plate.
Follow the same process for the rest of the bread.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchiness of jalebi.
