Instructions
In a bowl add cashews, cover with water and soak for about 2 hours.
After 2 hour drain and rinse thoroughly.
Now in a blender jar add soaked cashews, garlic, salt and water.
Puree until smooth.
You can thin out by adding some more water to desired consistency.
So the easy peasy cashew sauce is ready to be served.
You can store cashew sauce in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze.
