2cupsRipened mangochopped
1/2cupRaw mangochopped
1/2cupSugar
6cupWateror as needed
Instructions
In a large kadai take 2 cups ripened mango, 1/2 cup raw mango, and 1/2 cup sugar.
Add 2 cup water and stir well.
Cover and boil for 10 minutes or until mangoes soften.
Now drain off the mango and blend to a smooth paste.
Sieve the pulp making sure there is no residue.
Then add 4 cups of water or as needed and mix, adjusting the consistency as required.
That's it. Refrigerate the mango fruity and enjoy chilled for a month.
