2cupsMangoeschopped, sweet, pulpy mango variety
4 to 5tbspSugar or honeyadd as required, optional
2cupsCurdcold or chilled
2-3tbspMalaifrom curd
4 to 5ice cubesoptional
Instructions
Rinse, peel, and chop the mangoes.
In a blender or mixer, add chopped mangoes with chilled curd and sugar.
Make a smooth puree without any finer chunks of mangoes in it.
Blend until all the ingredients are mixed well, evenly and the yogurt has become smooth.
If you prefer a slightly thin consistency add some milk or water while blending.
Serve in a glass, top it up with some chopped mangoes little malai from curd, and a few ice cubes.
