Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.
Add crushed garlic and fry for few seconds.
Now, add curry leaves and fry on low flame nicely.
Then, add haldi, chili powder, salt and mix well.
Immedietly, add peanuts and fry until peanuts are roasted nicely but not burnt.
Now add murmure and mix everything well stirring it for 2 minutes on low heat until everything roasted well and crisp.
Take it off the heat and cool completely.
Store in a clean air tight container for upto 20 days and enjoy as and when craved for.
