  • 100 grams Puffed Rice Murmure (kurmura/puffed rice
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
  • 1 Curry leaves Sprig
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 cup Raw Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.

  • Add crushed garlic and fry for few seconds.
  • Now, add curry leaves and fry on low flame nicely.

  • Then, add haldi, chili powder, salt and mix well.

  • Immedietly, add peanuts and fry until peanuts are roasted nicely but not burnt.

  • Now add murmure and mix everything well stirring it for 2 minutes on low heat until everything roasted well and crisp.
  • Take it off the heat and cool completely.
