In a pan roast sesame seed till they start popping and transfer to the plate.
Heat half of the ghee that is 1/8 cup of ghee in a pan, add ragi flour to it, roast until nice aroma comes, it will become sandy in texture and there will no raw smell.
Roast in low flame for about 5-7 mins stirring in between. Cooldown completely then add sugar to it.
Mix well then add sesame seeds, cardamom powder and remaining 1/8 cup ghee to it. Mix well so that it is mixed evenly.
Take a handful of flour, press tight and shape them as ladoos. Repeat to finish the mixture.
Store in a dry container. Keeps well at least for a week.
