Ingredients:-
- Cashew nuts – 20 grams
- Chopped ginger – 1 piece
- Chopped coriander – 1 springs
- Chopped green chilli – 2 piece
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 springs
- Grated coconut – 1 full
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Red chillI – 3 piece
- Salt – a pinch
- Tamarind paste – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal washed – 1 tbsp
Method:-
- Mix all the ingredients like coconut, ginger, green chillies, cashew, tamrind, salt and put in a blender and make a fine paste.
- Now take a pan and pour some oil than add mustard seeds,when the seeds starts spluttering add red chilli, cumin, urad dal, hing and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
- Now top it on chutney and serve wirh masala dosa.
- It goes well with Idli also.
