low carb palak ka saag recipe

Today while I was sitting with my daughter and helping her with finishing her homework, I was amazed at how this generation was grabbing things so easily, which we as a kid could never do. Their attention span is better and so is their ability to learn new things. And that too in spite of the fact that the kind of food we used to have was much healthier than what they have. 😆

She had to write a passage on Mahatma Gandhi, so she asked me, “Mama, what is it that I should write on this topic”. I was braiding her hair hence said, “Wait let your dad come and he will help you do your homework today”.

The moment I said this to her she just took my mobile phone and asked me what the spelling of Mahatma Gandhi is. I saw her typing something in the browser. I noticed that she typed, “1-8 lines about Mahatma Gandhi”.

I understood what she was trying to do. I could recollect that just like today she had once asked me about some topics to write on and I had done the same thing and taken help from Google. That was probably when she noticed me and she understood that we can search anything on the web and we will get the answer.

Even kids know what Google is. That’s the power of Google today 🙂

As she was typing I asked her what she was doing. She just nodded her head saying nothing and closed the browser. I couldn’t stop noticing her face. There was a sense of embarrassment on her face. And she blushed.

I was surprised at how these kids remember and picks things fast. At times it makes me speechless. Technology is influencing us all a lot and kids are no different. The only thing that we need to keep in mind is to monitor them so that the influence is not bad.

Low Carb Palak ka Saag Recipe

Low carb palak ka saag recipe is very much similar to the normal palak recipe I make when I am not on diet. So if you don’t really want a diet recipe, even then you can make this one. Just make a few little changes to it like using Vegetable oil instead of Butter etc.

This recipe can also be served along with Rice and dal.

This is an ideal recipe for people who are short of time and want to make something real quick and easy.
