Low Carb Tawa Naan Bread Recipe is a recipe that most LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) dieters, who have a craving for breads during there diet regime.
So, finally we have become proud house owners. Our own house! that’s a feeling worth experiencing.
I can never forget the day when we first entered in here. It was a mixed feeling of excitement, fatigue and fulfillment. And the best part was, cooking food in my new house for the first time.
The menu was pretty simple. I had prepared simple rice and dal. But it tasted really awesome. Maybe because we were eating in our own house.
Oh and how can I forget about the banana chips?
I prepared banana chips as well but with a difference. It was made with ripe banana.
I know you might be thinking that banana chips are made with raw banana and not with ripe banana. Isn’t it?
I initially planned on making only rice and dal because we were stuck with little resources, since we hadn’t moved our house into the new one.
But a little while later, I felt like preparing some side dish as well and I told my husband to go and get some veggies from the market and that too at 11 ‘0’ clock at night.
As you would expect, he couldn’t get any. All the shops were closed by then. The only thing available at home was a few ripe bananas. And that gave me an idea of preparing banana chips with the ripe banana itself.
Thought it had a little sweet taste to it, but then cooking is an experiment and whatever you prepare at home with lots of love, always tastes good.
It’s been almost a month in my new house and the situation still continues to be the same. There are boxes all over which are still unopened and there’s lots of work that still pending.
Wardrobes, Kitchen and a lot of the other wood works are still going on. With every passing day we are thinking about finishing everything at the earliest in order to get back to our normal routine but are still unsure when it will happen.
We are hoping by end of this month, we should be up and running.
Also, I am building a custom kitchen and I will share the pics, once it is fully done.
But there is one thing that I can say, we are in the normal routine and that one thing is going to the gym. Yes we are back to the gym now.
The best part about going to the gym is that we don’t have to go out now. Since the gyming facilities are available in our apartment itself. And it’s open 24/7 for anyone or, anytime. So there is no excuse left now.
So, that’s it for today, let’s jump straight onto the recipe. Today’s recipe is one of the low carb diet recipe which I have tried during my diet.
