South Indian Coconut Chutney Recipe is a must-have accompaniment for south Indian dishes like dosa idli and vada. It is a simple recipe made out of coconut and has all the goodness and health benefits of coconut.
It’s election time here in Karnataka and we are seeing politicians lining up asking for votes.
A democracy is dependent on elections and it is the right of every citizen to exercise his right to vote. And when it comes to candidates, there could be some good candidates and some bad.
And who gets elected entirely depends upon the citizen exercising or, not exercising his right to vote.
A lot of times, I see a lot of people simply refraining from voting just because they don’t feel like voting for any of the candidates.
In a government that is elected by simple majority, the single vote of mine could have made the difference.
And if the choice is to pick the best out of the worst, you still need to do it just so that you stop the worst out of the worst from coming to power.
It is important that as citizens, each one of us realize this. We need to go out there and use our common sense to judge the right person for the role and elect him.
So with the election season around in South India, let us get into another one in our series on South Indian Dosa and accompaniments. This week it is Coconut Chutney.
