Basic Ingredients Used to Make this Banana Cake Recipe:

Overripe Bananas: The key ingredient for natural sweetness, moisture, and flavor.

All-Purpose Flour (Maida): Forms the base structure of the cake.

Curd (Yogurt): Replaces eggs and adds softness and moisture.

Sugar: Sweetens the cake and balances the tanginess of the curd. You can use powdered jaggery if you want.

Cooking Oil: Keeps the cake moist and prevents it from drying out. If you don’t want to use Oil then you can use ghee.

Baking Powder and Baking Soda: Help the cake rise and create a light texture.

Cinnamon Powder: Adds a warm, aromatic flavor that pairs perfectly with bananas. You can skip cinnamon powder if you don’t like the flavor, or you want to use some other flavor like cardamom or nutmeg.
