Weight loss is one of the first things in New Year Resolutions and irrespective of if you are overweight or, not it becomes a part of the New Year resolutions.

We weren’t any different.

Until about a few years back, we too were sailing in the same boat.

After all, I am a foodie and if I run a food blog, it is natural for me to make tasty dishes at home. Isn’t it?

And whenever I cook something tasty, the first to jump onto it is Dilip followed by me.

Then, there is once a year trip that I would do to my hometown when my mom like all other moms, would cook her own set of tasty dishes and feed me until my stomach isn’t on the verge of bursting.

After all, every mom feels that their kids are becoming lean, pale, and weak irrespective of what their weighing scales say.

The cumulative effect of all this was that we wouldn’t be able to fit into our dresses.

And then starts the resolutions and weight loss diets.

We followed all kinds of weight-loss diets including the GM diet, Keto diet, Paleo diet, etc.

While all of these diet plans helped us lose weight, something we realized was that a week after we stopped these diets, our weight slowly increased and we were worse than where we started.

These diets weren’t really sustainable.

I am sure at least a few of you would have experienced the same thing.

That’s when I stumbled upon a few videos from Shivangi Desai and thought of bringing her on the show and talking to her about weight loss and weight management.

Interview with Shivangi Desai – Weight Management Tips

We realized that the weight loss method that we were following wasn’t the right one and why it wasn’t the right one after all.

In fact, that was one of the most bothering questions that we had and I am sure a lot of you too would have.

In addition to this, there were a lot many other questions about health and weight loss that we had.

And who better than somebody who has helped lakhs of people with their weight loss issue to speak to about this. Isn’t it?
