Keto, again?
I somehow seem to have taken to liking to Keto, these days.
And this is after me and Dilip, went through this Low-Carb Diet a couple of weeks back. We lost more than 5 Kgs.
More than losing the kilograms, it was the feeling it gave us.
We felt a sense of newness in us. We felt good in the same clothes that weren’t that comfortable a few days back. And we felt more energetic and enthusiastic.
In fact, there were a few new habits that we built into ourselves after our Keto diet.
- We were eating smaller portions and were still feeling full. And we were eating more number of times so we weren’t really starving ourselves.
- We lost our craving for sugar. We were drinking sugar-less tea and Coffee and it didn’t pinch us the way it used to. (We did try the bulletproof coffee, but didn’t like it all that well)
All in all, the experience was nice and we were pretty pleased with the end-result.
