Pro Tips:

Here are some pro tips to keep in mind while making Aloo Bread Pakoda:

  1. Use stale bread: It’s best to use slightly stale bread for Aloo Bread Pakoda as it holds up better when soaked in the batter and doesn’t become too soggy.
  2. Don’t overstuff the bread: Be careful not to overstuff the bread with the potato filling, as it can cause the pakoda to break apart while frying. A thin layer of filling is enough.
  3. Adjust the consistency of the batter: The batter should be of medium consistency, neither too thick nor too thin. This will ensure that the pakoda gets coated evenly with the batter.
  4. Fry in hot oil: Heat the oil properly and make sure it’s hot enough before adding the pakoda to the oil. This will ensure that the pakoda turns crispy and doesn’t absorb too much oil.
  5. Drain excess oil: Once the pakoda is fried, drain the excess oil by placing it on a paper towel-lined plate. This will help remove any excess oil and keep the pakoda crispy.
  6. Serve immediately: Aloo Bread Pakoda is best served hot and crispy. Serve it immediately after frying to enjoy its delicious taste and flavor.
