About Chocolate Coconut Laddoo:

Coconut ladoos are popular in India during festivities such as Diwali and Holi. Coconut laddu are really delicious and simple to prepare. This time I made coconut laddoos with a twist for New Year, and they turned out to be the perfect no-bake fusion dessert.

To make chocolate coconut laddoo or quick coconut chocolate truffles, it’s just the same old nariyal laddoo wrapped in dark and white chocolate.

These chocolate coconut balls are made with freshly grated coconut, but you can also use desiccated coconut to make this laddoo. These balls are just made with three ingredients condensed milk, fresh coconut, and semi-sweet dark chocolate. I have used condensed milk to make these laddoos, but you may also use sugar syrup.

I used a semisweet dark chocolate sauce to wrap the coconut ladoos. But you can also go for dark chocolate, dark chocolate gives a nice dark color and also tastes good. You can use any chocolate of your choice. Instead of making a design with white chocolate, you can even decorate these laddoos by sprinkling some coconut.

The combination of chocolate and coconut gives a very unique texture and yummy taste to this dessert. These laddoos are the best way to include coconut into your kid’s diet.

By the way, are you crazy about Coconut? Then you might want to try these too! These are three different kinds of laddoos with three different flavors and use coconut as their main ingredients.
