Dusshera is over and Diwali is just a few days away. And Diwali means a lot of lights, Diyas, Crackers and of course, a lot of sweets.

The demand for sweets during Diwali goes manifold up and every other vendor can be seen setting up a stall to sell sweets. Every year during Diwali, the demand for sweets is so high that often times, there is a huge shortage of raw materials required to make these sweets.

And off late, this shortage has led to vendors taking to illegal means by using unhealthy substitutes to make sweets. This might not be true with all vendors but a lot of vendors do resort to these kind of methods.

Have you ever thought about what goes into those sweets that you buy? Probably not. In fact, who has time to delve into all of those things. We trust our sweet vendors and buy all the sweets that we need.
