- 100 grams Puffed Rice Murmure (kurmura/puffed rice
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
- 1 Curry leaves Sprig
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 cup Raw Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.
- Add crushed garlic and fry for few seconds.
- Now, add curry leaves and fry on low flame nicely.
- Then, add haldi, chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Immedietly, add peanuts and fry until peanuts are roasted nicely but not burnt.
- Now add murmure and mix everything well stirring it for 2 minutes on low heat until everything roasted well and crisp.
- Take it off the heat and cool completely.
- Store in a clean air tight container for upto 20 days and enjoy as and when craved for.
