Basic Ingredients Used to Make Paneer Stuffed Pita Bread:
Pita Bread: The base of our dish; soft and perfect for stuffing.
Paneer: It’s a great source of protein and makes the dish filling. Instead of paneer, you can use tofu if you want.
Mozzarella Cheese: Adding cheese gives a stretchy, cheesy texture that makes every bite satisfying. If you prefer, you can use a soft cheese that melts well, instead of mozzarella. You can even skip if you don’t want to add.
Tomato Slices: Provide freshness and a slight tang to balance the creamy and spicy flavors.
Peri Peri Masala: Peri peri masala adds a nice spicy flavor that can be adjusted as per your taste.
Hung Curd Dip: Enhance the overall taste. And makes this dish healthy.
Garlic: Adding garlic to this dish brings in a nice flavor and aroma which I love a lot. If you don’t want to add then you can skip.
Olive Oil: I have used olive oil for this particular recipe. You can use vegetable oil or butter also.
